How long do custom orders take?Custom orders take approx. 7- 10 days to complete and deliver / be ready for pick up. If the project takes longer than this, your will be updated and notified .

I'm located in Saint Louis; Is there any way I can do an in-person pick up for my order and/or pay in person ?If you would like to buy something from the website and pick up in person , please email Ebonyirisllc@gmail.com with the name of the items and your first/last name. An itemized receipt will be sent along with a way to discuss pickup details / payment further . Custom orders are also available for in person pick up .

What is your Return Policy?Ebony Flow Designs does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Email us if you have any problems with your order. This will be handled on a case by case basis.All repairs on accessories designed by Ebony Flow designs are free for life.
